Information we collect

Boat owners provide contact, vessel, route and scheduling information. Visitors who use the contact form provide their name, email, subject and message. Captain applicants provide contact information, professional experience, license details, a private credential file and an optional resume. We do not ask for bank passwords or collect card numbers in our application forms.

How information is used

We use submitted information to operate the delivery marketplace, review captain credentials, coordinate owner–captain introductions, prevent misuse and communicate about requested services. Owner phone numbers and emails are not displayed on public delivery listings.

Separate protected records

Owner and charter delivery requests, captain applications and contact messages are stored separately. Captain credential and resume files are stored privately and are not published with captain or delivery listings. When a captain applies for a particular delivery, only the delivery reference is linked between the two records.

Storage and sharing

Structured records and credential files are stored in the site’s protected hosting services. We may share information with service providers needed to operate hosting and communications, or when legally required. Captains and owners receive contact information only as needed for matching and should use it solely for the proposed delivery.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of a submission. A business contact email will be added before public launch for these requests.
